Most cases go wrong before anyone files anything
Almost every refusal we are asked to fix traces back to a decision made weeks earlier, by someone who did not know it was a decision.
The wrong legal ground
Applicants pick the ground that sounds easiest rather than the one their documents support. The refusal arrives months later, and the clock restarts.
Documents obtained in the wrong order
A criminal record certificate expires while the rest of the file is assembled. It has to be re-obtained from abroad, apostilled again, translated again.
A gap between permits
A renewal filed a fortnight late breaks continuity. Nobody notices until the permanent residence application three years on, when it is far too late to fix.
Advice from a chat group
The rules changed. The person answering was describing what worked for them in 2022, on a different ground, with a different passport.
What we handle
Each of these is a complete file, not a consultation. We do the filings, attend with you, and deal with the authority in Serbian.
How it works
Three steps, and the first one costs nothing.
Tell us your situation
45 minutes, in your language. We work out which legal ground your documents actually support, and say so if none of them do.
- Criminal record certificateapostille
- Birth certificateapostille

Get a fixed price and a document list
A written scope, one number, and the exact list of what to obtain at home before you travel. No hourly billing, no surprises later.
We run the file
Registrations, translations, portal submission, and we attend with you at the police administration and the bank.
What you are protected by
Four commitments, in writing, before you pay anything. They exist because you are choosing a firm you have not met, in a country whose language you may not read.
The consultation is genuinely free
45 minutes with someone qualified. No sales call disguised as advice, and no obligation afterwards. If your case is straightforward enough to do yourself, we will say so.
Fixed price, agreed in writing first
You get a written scope and a number before any work starts. No hourly billing. If your situation turns out to be different from what you described, we requote. We do not quietly add hours.
Government fees at cost
State fees, court translation and insurance are passed through at what they cost and shown as separate lines. We do not mark them up.
We tell you when to walk away
Every service page lists the situations where that route is wrong for you. We turn down work rather than take a fee for something that will not succeed.
What clients say
Ratings come straight from the public profiles. We ask every client to review us and we do not screen who gets asked.
The Google and Yandex profiles are being set up. Ratings will appear here as soon as they carry real reviews. We would rather show nothing than show numbers you cannot check.
Clients who agreed to be shown
Published with written permission. Most people who use an immigration lawyer would rather not be, and that is the normal answer here.
How this practice actually operates
Not awards. The concrete things that govern how your file is handled and how you are charged.
- Registered in SerbiaA Serbian business, filed with the APR
- Court-certified translationSudski tumač, accepted by the authority
- Written fixed-fee scopeAgreed before any work begins
- Encrypted connectionEverything you send us is over TLS
- Serbian data protection lawYour documents are not shared onward
- Same working day replyNot an automated sequence
When we are not the right fit
Published because you should know before you pay, not after. We turn down work that falls into these categories.
- You want a residence permit without spending any time in Serbia. Every ground requires at least some physical presence, and the biometric appointment cannot be delegated.
- Your goal is EU rights rather than living in Serbia. A Serbian permit does not lead there. Serbia is not an EU member. Raise it at the consultation rather than filing here: Montenegro is the furthest along of the candidate countries and we handle residence there too.
- You need status resolved this week. Even a clean file depends on documents issued abroad.
- You want us to describe a ground on the application that does not match your actual situation. We will not file that.
- You want an EU route specifically. This is not one, because Serbia is not an EU member. Say so on the call and we will go through the Montenegro option instead, including how long naturalisation there actually takes.
- You want to keep doing border runs indefinitely and are asking us to help optimise them. We will not build a plan around that.
Questions we get before anyone signs anything
Nothing. It runs about 45 minutes, in Russian, Serbian or English. You leave knowing which legal ground fits your situation and roughly what it costs, whether or not you engage us.
No. You get a written scope and a fixed fee before any work starts. If the scope changes because your situation turns out to be different, we requote rather than adding hours.
Not to start. Consultations happen remotely and the preparation is done at a distance. You do need to be in Serbia in person for biometrics and for the bank, and no firm can do those parts for you.
Russian, Serbian and English, all natively rather than through a translator. Everything the authority sends is in Serbian, and reading it correctly the first time is most of the job.
Yes, and a fair share of our work is exactly that. Bring whatever documents and correspondence exist. We will tell you honestly what is recoverable and what has to be redone.
Two things you can verify. Our practice is led by a named, licensed attorney who went through Serbian naturalisation personally rather than an unnamed team, and we publish the situations we turn down instead of implying everything is possible.
Start with the consultation
45 minutes, free, no obligation. Worst case you leave knowing which ground applies to you and what it costs.
No fee until you have a written scope and a fixed price.
